Now put the roasted almonds and cashews in a Grinder and break them into pieces and add them to the pan and mix them.
Cook this thing well for five to six minutes.
Now take it out in a tray and leave it to cool and after cooling cut it into small cubes.
You can also add other dry fruits to this stuff
You have to consume it daily in the morning. You should consume 5 to 6 cubes of this daily with tea in the morning.
Using it will completely eliminate your back pain and joint pain.

Exercises to do at home to relieve back pain
